We are thrilled to present the 89th Annual MBDA Convention and Trade Show Friday, October 24 through Sunday, October 26, 2025 at Kalahari Resorts and Convention Center in Mt. Pocono. Over three days, you’ll connect with fellow Pennsylvania beer distributors, manufacturers and suppliers, sample products, explore the newest equipment and services on the trade show floor, and get clear updates on market trends and industry regulations—all in one convenient location.We will be offering a variety of sessions including a Welcome Reception/Legislative Meet and Greet on Friday evening, Breakfast and Business sessions on Saturday and Sunday mornings as well as the Annual Member Meeting Sunday morning.
In addition, please join us Saturday evening for our newly formatted Trade Show. Be a part of an exciting evening featuring a wide variety of top manufacturers offering product samples, cutting edge innovative allied trade vendors and chef-curated tasting stations. A lively DJ, and exciting raffle prizes will add to the excitement of the event. Don’t miss this fresh take on our signature event

Saturday, October 25
8 AM – 1:00 PM - Breakfast & Business Session; Bump William Consulting, find out about the national data and trends that have the greatest impact on your business. As well as informative presentations from DoorDash, Boston Beer and Hemp Beverage Alliance
5 PM – 9 PM - Trade Show/Dinner; product samples, vendors and chef-curated tasting stations. A lively DJ will add to the excitement of the event.

8 AM – 1 PM - Breakfast & Business Session & Membership Meeting - John Bodnovich, Executive Director, American Beverage Licensees. MBDA Legal & Legislative Team will review & update on legal, legislative, regulatory & administrative issues. Discuss proposed bylaw amendments and vote.
